What's your frame?

I like to play with words, or on the days it doesn’t feel like play, I would say I like to build with letters across the page. Scrambled within my mind, I take letters then rearrange them to construct a creative expression, an insightful sentence, witty banter, or jumbled content that sometimes leaves me to question the context I am trying to frame.

DNA, the framework of all life, and three meaningful letters that led me to ask a question about how I viewed mine. In the answer, I discovered that when there is an exchange in perspective, it creates another side to the frame, and from that view things began to look a whole different way.

I started to notice the times in my life when I thought situations had gone wrong, had actually gone right. Wounds that felt like they would always be exposed were now closed, and for all the things I didn’t understand the lessons started to show. Grace and awareness brought me to a place where I had to

Dive inside, Notice the feelings, Allow healing and in that, those three letters constructed a frame as I became a:

Discovering New Adventures

I know I am not alone. I am not the only one with a frame because every life has lessons, heartaches, triumphs, challenges, that shape a view as unique and meaningful as the DNA within us. So I ask, do you like to play with words or build with letters? If so, will you join me in a word game (instructions below) and share the letters that have also shaped you?

Do believe in the beauty of who you are.

Notice the blessings, even inside the scars.

Always remember you are loved. Especially on the days you want to give up.

Don’t waste time trying to be someone you’re not.

Never forget the lessons taught.

Alter thoughts that keep you caught because the world sure needs what you’ve got!

Instructions:

Using the letters “D N A” or any others, you as the designer may choose, construct your frame within the white spaces of the comment section below. It can be three words, phrases,   sentences, or any combination; the choice is yours.

The Goal:

To share life lessons, words of encouragement, a positive message, something funny, a question that has challenged, or anything that has helped shape who you are.

The winner:

You! Because by sharing you inspire others and that is a gift!

I look forward to reading and learning from YOUR creative frames 😊
